It's been a While...

It's been a week since my last post, but I've been busy. So busy, in fact, I haven't gone boarding in about that long. Quite a bummer, if I say so myself.

I've been doing some on and off research regarding board building, but so far have not come up with a sufficient alternative to breaking down and just buying a vacuum bag for the press. I'm still researching. Slowly.

April Fools

Happy April Fools! It's been raining lightly all damn day and I'm not happy about it... at all. I've wanted to skate so badly but haven't been able to for the past few days - what a bummer. Regardless, I'm heading up to Massachusetts this weekend for some chill time and hope the weather's nice up there. I'll try to get some pictures of the area, and hopefully some longboarding!

On another note, I'm still working on getting supplies for board building. Trying to find 1/16" maple veneer for ONE board isn't that easy... apparently most sources are only willing to provide enough for 2 boards. I would buy it so I have enough for another board, but I just don't have enough money. Until the day I do, the search continues...
